Overview:

New build, special purpose recreation building and adjoining facilities

Summary:

This project consisted of the removal of existing structures and the construction of a new recreational building. The building consists of special cooking facilities, internal recreation features and outdoor areas. Other requirements included civil works, car parks, coverings and finishes, the provision of all internal fittings and fixtures and internal and external painting of the building. Nature strips and blending into the existing facilities and the recycling of all demolished materials, were also special requirements.
