We recognise the importance of the Commercial Waste and Recycling sector. In doing so AES formulated a working partnership with Bovis Lend Lease in Sydney to provide onsite management of all waste and recycling. On this project, we provided onsite management, staff and equipment that operated material recovery equipment to process and recyclables. AES processed more than 14000 cubic metres of steel, concrete, timber, cardboard, plastic and general waste. The management of this project ensured that our client achieved the best possible result with 86% of all material going off site for beneficial reuse.

The overall goal of the high recycling benchmarks was to achieve the coveted green star rating for the shopping centre development, AES leading the industry in resource recovery.
