Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Removal Process
RMA Group begins by contracting an independent hygienist who explores your site and identifies what is and what isn't asbestos. We then apply our specialist skills and knowledge to safely remove the asbestos as identified by the hygienist.
We also provide customised safe work statements for each component of every asbestos removal project.
RMA Group is licenced to transport hazardous and industrial waste. Only licenced transport and disposal subcontractors or RMA vehicles are used for the removal, transport and disposal of contaminated materials.
All asbestos waste is unloaded at an approved tipping site and RMA Group uses a system of tipping dockets to authorise subcontractors to tip on the company's behalf. This ensures accurate records are maintained and these records are available to the client upon request.
At the project's conclusion, the hygienist re-inspects the site and if satisfied that the asbestos has been removed, declares the site remediated. The independent sign-off made by the hygienist ensures a high quality conclusion of the project.
We supply a 24-hour contact phone number and can be on site within 24 hours (conditions apply).
